		<description>I would have to say no.  I have a CIS degree which was part of the College of Business.  However, now that I work in recruiting I see that CIS majors tend to work in Engineering, which is of course technical.  If you are doing true CIS work - coding, testing, etc - you&#039;re technical.</description>
