What if your gaurdian over your account of money wont let you have your money?

My mother or my grandparents are the guardians over my college money account and they wont allow me to access any of my money. If i take them to court can i get my money?

You could, but do you really want to? What are the terms and conditions of the account or trust? I’d be very sure that I fully understood why you aren’t being allowed to have the money (is your schooling paid in full with financial aid and do you plan to just blow it?) and find a reasonable compromise, like having them pay the school for tuition and fees directly rather than giving the money to you.
