Are there any finance related jobs that requires minimal experience?
I’m really into the equity markets but I don’t have any experience with them besides being a trader myself. While I’m at this, I’m trying to obtain a finance degree as well since I’m really interested in this field. I actually read a number of books out of leisure already ranging from fundamental to technical analysis…..I’m also familiar with EPS, ROE, PE etc along with the basics.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

You need at an absolute minimum a good university degree in biz, preferably a masters (MBA) in the top 10% of your class from a highly regarded B-school (Harvard, Wharton, etc). Entry-level positions for trader-trainees are scarce and extremely competitive. Plus so many big brokerages have ceased to exist, and business is down. You must have a superior education, and you are going to have to take courses and exams for various SEC licenses as well during your 2-year trainee period. These licensing exams are so tough that as many as half fail – and these are brilliant MBA grads! Some say SEC exams are tougher than the Bar.
