Are the government bailouts in the finance/banking sector the beginning of “socialized banking”?

They call it "Nationalized Banking" instead of Socialized Banking.
The government is bailing out AIG and Citi and the government ends up owning some/most of these companies. What is the impact of this? Why do we want socialized banking now?

Stockmarket question…?

When i sell my AIG stock, will the stock sell immediately, AT THE TIME when i sell the stock and the stock price AT THAT TIME, or will it sell at the price at 4:00pm which is the time the stock market closes?

What’s the difference between bonds and notes?
